Vice chairman of the CCPIT Yu Ping met with president of Mongolia-China Cooperation Business Council and his accompanies on May 27. Yu welcomed the president’s visit and learnt the proposal of the Mongolian side to establish the Mongolia-China Cooperation Business Council.
The president said, according to the Mongolian Chamber of Commerce president, Mongolia has set up the Mongolia-China Cooperation Business Council and made government officials and business leaders as members of the committee. He hoped China to send counterparts to take the role of president on the Chinese side and solve the long-standing economic disputes, especially those of railways, highways and coal through the non-governmental force. He also hoped China, Mongolia and Russia to have mechanism dialogue to promote economic development of the three countries.
Yu praised the Mongolian side for the measures and said the CCPIT will consider establishing a mechanism and try to absorb state-owned large enterprises and SMEs with interest in Mongolia to participate in. He hoped the two sides to establish an annual dialogue mechanism, find opportunities, resolve trade disputes and make proposals for stable and healthy development of bilateral economic and trade cooperation.
